Astenix is a food supplement with proenergetic activities consisting of creatine, carnitine, arginine, taurine, vitamins of group B, potassium, magnesium, vitamins C and E, coenzyme Q10.
Magnesium and potassium contribute to normal muscle function; pantothenic acid, folate, magnesium, vitamins PP, B2, B1, B6, B12 and C to normal energy metabolism, to reduce fatigue and fatigue, to protect cells from oxidative stress and to maintain the normal function of the immune system.

Mode of use
