Ingredients
Meriva - Curcuma Fosfolipide rizoma e.s. (Curcuma longa L., lecithin of soy(ii) curcuminoids, food jelly; anti-agglomerating agent: silicon dioxide; coloring: E171, E172.

Without gluten and naturally devoid of lactose.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 capsules daily, preferably before meals. You can open the capsule and pour the content into a liquid (latte, yogurt, juice).
