Mode of use
It is recommended to take a cup of herbal tea, even several times a day. To prepare the infusion, pour in a boiling water cup (about 200 ml) on the filter, having the kindness to cover it to avoid the dispersion of the most volatile aromatic substances. Leave infusion for a few minutes. It is not necessary to add sugar, as the particular formulation makes the infusion pleasant; if necessary, it is preferable to use honey.
