Our main goal is to offer quality products at a clear and advantageous price. But it is not enough if the conditions for the purchase of the product are not simple and understandable by all.

Prices, content and availability of products.

All prices listed on the site include VAT.

The prices and availability set out in this catalogue are subject to change by market or other causes. Discounts, coupons and promotions are never cumulative. The images shown on the website are entirely indicative and may also differ significantly from the product actually available. The only identification data of the product is the MINSAN and, where present, the'EAN.

The commercial name, the companies, the descriptions in detail may differ from the real as it is automatically picked up by specially prepared computer databases.

Sales and Invoice Documents

The goods travel with regular speaking receipts showing the tax code indicated during registration. This sales document is issued automatically at the time of order evasion. Any invoice may be requested at the time of order confirmation by sending an e-mail to orders@farmaconvenienza.it or via tel to 3921054225. Once the tax receipt is issued, no invoice will be issued.

For the holders of Partita Iva any invoice may be requested at the time of confirmation order by flaggando appropriate box "REQUEST FURNITURE" or by requesting it at the same time to order by mail to order@farmaconvenienza.it or via tel to n° 3921054225.

THE EVASION OF THE ORDER AND THE EMISSION OF THE DISTRIBUTION. It is specified that the tax documents issued are regular sales documents valid for the purposes of guarantee, deductions and/or any promotions.

Validity of prices and order confirmation by email

By sending the order form you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. This order confirmation has the sole purpose of notifying the receipt of the electronic order and does not constitute formal acceptance of the order. The price applied will be fixed at the time of order. However, it is possible that some offers or articles are sold out or have undergone particularly significant price changes. We reserve the right to contact you as soon as possible to cancel your order (without penalty for both parties) and possibly propose an alternative product.

Liability

It is understood that the pharmacoinvenience assumes no responsibility inherent to the use that the customer intends to make of the purchased goods. In case of defective goods or non-functional pharmacoinvenience will only have the burden of repair or replacement at its discretion. In no case will the pharmacoinvenience be held responsible for failure to use the purchased products.

Order evasion

Unless otherwise indicated, we reserve the right to send the products available and then products not in stock without additional charges for the customer. If, on the other hand, the partial evasion is explicitly requested by the customer, he must assume the burden of the additional shipment.
The lack of products or parts of them in the package or even their eventual damage during transport must be declared within 2 days of receipt of the package (also by email).

Modes and delivery times

Pharmaconvenience sends via Express Courier, which has always offered a fast and guaranteed service.
Average shipping times are 1-2 working days, but these may vary by causes of greater force such as weather conditions and strikes.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, in normal office hours, excluding national holidays, delivering products to the specified address at the time of order.
It is very important, when buying, to indicate a valid email address, so as to allow the courier to communicate the shipment taking into account and thus optimize the delivery methods.
In case there are problems of receiving the order, report PRONTAMENT by contacting the customer service; after the 15 days of the shipment, Farmaconvenience declines any responsibility for missing deliveries in case the customer has not made any reports.

Shipping costs

Pharmaconvenience applies the following shipping costs valid only for Italy:
Express Courier
To amounts up to 59,9 €: 5,9 €
For more than 59,9 €: Free
These rates are valid exclusively for Italy with the only exception of the free zone of Livigno (€37), Campione d'Italia (€73) and the smaller islands (€13).
For overseas shipments we will provide quotations on request.

Methods and Payment Terms

Mark
Payment is made at the time of delivery of the goods only by cash.
The mark provides an expense contribution for the management of the collection by the courier equal to € 5,00.

Early Bank Transfer
At the same time the automatic confirmation email of receipt of the order, we will send the details for the bank transfer to be made before the departure of the goods.
To speed up the shipping process it is appropriate to send a copy of the bank transfer made, but in any case the order will be evaded at the credit of the same on the bank account of the seller.

Credit card
This payment method allows you to use your credit card by purchasing in total safety. When confirming your order, just select the payment option "Credit card, Paypal and all payments below", to be directly transferred to the Nexi website, then select the link "Use payment card".
Credit cards accepted are: all cards of Visa, Mastercard, V-Pay and Maestro circuits

Paypal
Paypal is another absolutely secure online payment method that will allow you to pay your order directly by accessing your account. The data relating to your account and your credit card will be managed directly by Paypal, which will simply provide us with an email after payment has been made. When confirming your order, just select the payment option "Credit card, Paypal and all payments below", to be directly transferred to the Nexi website, then select the PayPal logo and, later, "PayPal pays now" to access your Paypal account and complete the payment.

Return of goods and right of withdrawal

If the Customer is a "consumer" (i.e. a natural person acting for purposes other than business, commercial, craft or professional activity), he has the right, pursuant to and for the effects of Legislative Decree 206/2005 updated by the Consumer Code in implementation of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights in force since 14 June 2014, to withdraw from the Buy Sale Contracts within 14 days of the date of receipt of the Products object. The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the Customer by sending a written communication to pharmacovenenza, by e-mail to the address indicated on the Contacts page, containing:

the manifestation of will to avail itself of the right of withdrawal;
the indication of the order number that has given rise to the Contract of Sale from which it intends to withdraw.

In case of exercise by the Customer of the right of withdrawal:

the Customer must return the Products within 14 days of the date of the withdrawal notice;
all costs related to the return of the Products are entirely borne by the Customers;
pharmacnvenienza undertakes to refund the price as little as possible, and in any case within 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notice provided that:
the products have been returned and are intact; -the original packaging/packing of the products and the same is intact;
any accessories are returned and the same are intact;
products have not been used in a different way than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning;
pharmacnvenienza will make the refund on the same means of payment used by the customer to purchase”.
In case the product is deteriorated or damaged pharmacoinvenience will refund the product, but at the reduced price of the depreciation caused by the customer.
