Description
Gel specifically designed to reduce pain when the aphthes are very extensive and painful. Thanks to the high muco-adhesiveness, the gel forms a "scudo" that isolates injuries from mechanical and chemical stresses (cooling, saliva, food, etc.). This effect also offers a high bioavailability of high concentration and high molecular weight hyaluronic acid, contained in the formulation, allowing the rehydration of tissues and, indirectly, a control of inflammatory processes. The high density and concentration formula is specifically designed for extended and very painful aphtheses. For very extensive injuries, care should be taken to cover the entire surface of the ulcer.

Components
The main component of the product is hyaluronic acid (sodium salt) with high molecular weight 600 mg/100 g.

Mode of use
It is advisable to repeat the application of Aftamed Scudo 2-3 times a day and also more often depending on the need up to the disappearance of the symptom.
