Cicalfate+ Scar gel attenuates scars* thanks to its selected active ingredients for:
- protect and hydrate the scar;

Cicalfate+ Scar gel is indicated for recent scars* of adult. It can be applied on face and body. Suitable for children and baby. After surgery or dermatological act, follow the advice of your doctor to take care of your scar.

Tested under dermatological and pediatric control on 50 subjects with recent scars, 2 applications per day for 3 months.
Visibly improves the appearance of scars since the 3rd week (improvement in 100% of subjects).
At the end of the test the product was also evaluated by users:
- soothes instantly (since the first application);
- helps to reduce the evidence of signs (98% of the subjects);
- leaves the skin soft (98%), elastic (98%) and hydrated (98%).
Moreover, they indicated that the product spreads easily (100%) and that its consistency facilitates massage (100%).

Mode of use
Apply Cicalfate+ Scar gel 2 times a day gently massaging in the sense of the scar.
To determine the maturity of the scar, it is necessary to exercise a pressure and evaluate the time necessary for the skin to regain color; i.e. press the scar and time how many seconds it takes to regain color. Normally it takes about 3 seconds: less time it takes, less mature will be the scar.
1. If the scar recovers color in less than a second after the procedure (generally up to 1 month), the scar is not yet mature. Apply the product on the scar and in the surrounding area by exerting light pressure. Use the index to gently apply the product as a scar.
2. If the scar regains color in 1 or 2 seconds, make a "palper-rouler" by gently taking the skin between thumb and index and sliding it upward, in the sense of the scar, up to complete absorption of the product (5 minutes approx.).
3. If the scar regains color in 3 seconds after the procedure (usually 3 months), it means it is mature. Proceed to the massage for skin relaxation with the index and the average in the sense of the scar, not to enlarge it, up to complete absorption of the product (about 5 minutes).

Avene thermal spring water (avene aqua), Dimethicone, Glycerin, Hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, Dimethiconol, Aquaphilus dolomiae ferments filtered, Arginine, Copper sulfate, Dimethicone crosspolymer, Polysorbate 60, Sodium benzoate, Sodium hyaluronate.

Warnings
Avoid contact with eyes. To be used on skin with reformed epidermis. In case of unavoidable solar exposure, use an appropriate photoprotection product.
